Next month, Heavy Seas Beer of Baltimore will be releasing its newest seasonal named Treasure Fest.
Treasure Fest is a 6 percent ABV oktoberfest-styel lager brewed with Cascade, Chinook, Hallertau, Mittlefrue, Palisade and Perle hops as well as biscuit, caramel Munich, caramel Vienna, Munich, pale ad Vienna malts.
“I am a huge fan of Oktoberfest-style beers,” said Christopher Leonard, Heavy Seas brewmaster, in a press release. “Their arrival portends the cool, colorful autumn season that is my favorite time of year. If you like Oktoberfest-style beers andenjoy American IPAs, this beer just might be the love child hybrid you’ve been waiting for.”
Treasure Fest is a seasonal release that will be available in 12-ounce bottles from July through September in all 18 states across Heavy Seas’ distribution footprint.
In addition, Heavy Seas has also partnered with the Clean Water Fund. A portion of the proceeds from all Heavy Seas sales will support the Clean Water Fund’s efforts to clean up water sources, reduce pollution in the environment, and support local and national policies that regulate natural resources.
According to a post on Heavy Seas’ Instagram page, Treasure Fest will be released during an event at the brewery on July 7.
