Hardywood Park Craft Brewery of Richmond, Va. has filed a new label for a Smoked Doppelbock with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
The Smoked Doppelbock is described as malt forward, with a smokiness that comes from applewood and cherrywood smoked malts, which are sourced locally from Copper Fox Distillery.
Hardywood recommends that this beer be served in a pokal glass at 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Smoked Doppelbock will be a part of the Hardywood Reserve Series and will be available in 750ml bottles.
