According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will be bottling 13th Door, a 12 percent ABV German-style barleywine. The beer was first released by the Loveland, Colo.-based brewery in 2013 as a draft-only option.
“13th Door originates from a Brothers Grimm tale called Our Lady’s Child,” reads the beer label. “This is a story of truth and the extremes that we take to hide from it. In the end, trust always wins.”
13th Door will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to the brewery for release date and brewing information was not immediately returned.
