Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will be canning Water of Life, a 6.4 percent ABV double IPA brewed with Cascade, centennial, CTZ and Magnum hops. The beer was first released by the Loveland, Colo.-based brewery in 2015 packaged in 22-ounce bottles.

The name of the beer is taken from a German fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm and published in Children’s and Household Tales Vol.2  in 1815.

According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Water of Life will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for details on a release date and distribution information was not immediately returned.
