Already well-known for its line of west coast-style IPAs, the Green Flash Brewing Company will be rolling out a trio of new releases in the month of November.

Soul Style IPA and Jibe Session IPA are slated for a national distribution as draft-only offerings, which Green Flash says will “round out the craft brewery’s portfolio” and enable the brewery to offer “an IPA to suit every palate and occasion.”

Green Flash Soul Style IPA

The first of these, Soul Style IPA, represents the brewery’s “approach to the art of creating the perfect IPA.” It’s a single IPA, as opposed to the double and triple IPAs Green Flash typically brews, with a name that refers to a surfing style known for its effortless grace. In terms of taste, the beer is said to drive dominant flavors of clementine, mango and orange blossom through the use of Citra, Simcoe and Cascade hops. Brewmaster Chuck Silva describes Soul Style as having a pale malt sweetness that “transitions to pungent hop flavors with grassy notes and a lingering but clean bitter finish.”

Green Flash Jibe IPA

As for Jibe Session IPA, it’s naturally less assertive than other Green Flash beers, but still brewed in an extreme way. The goal was to craft a beer with the lowest ABV possible while still achieving something bold in terms of both flavor and body. The result is a 4 percent, 60 IBU session beer utilizing Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo hops that the brewery hopes will “satisfy consumer demand for a full-flavored Green Flash interpretation of the popular style.”

Also expected to hit the market in November is the Green Flash Discovery Pack. A first for the brewery in terms of retail packaging, it was created to provide consumers a convenient way to sample the Green Flash lineup. Included in eight-pack of 12-ounce bottles are award-winning classics like West Coast IPA (four per pack), Hop Head Red IPA and Double Stout (two each per pack).

All three products will be available year-round in all 50 states.
