A new beer from Great Divide Brewing Co., with a Mexican flair, is soon to be introduced to the public.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Great Divide Brewing Co. is working on releasing Coffee Porter, a 6.5 percent ABV porter brewed with green coffee beans imported from Mexico via Pablo’s Coffee, a local Colorado purveyor. Aged in whiskey barrels that previously held the brewery’s Yeti imperial stout, this beer will make for a nice addition for those chilly winter days.
The beer will be joining the brewery’s Tank Farm series and will be packaged in 12-ounce cans.
An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
