Next month, Grand Teton Brewing Co. will be shipping Gose, a 6.5 percent ABV gose brewed with two-row pale and German pale wheat malts, Yellowstone salt and coriander before being soured with lactobacillus. The brewery then includes a second addition of lactobacillus just before the beer is packaged in order to add complexity to the final beer.

Gose is the second release in the Victor, Idaho-based brewery’s 2016 Cellar Reserve Series, which are “one time releases that are brewed with specialty hops and malts and unique strains of yeast.” The first beer in the series was Double Vision Doppelbock (8 percent ABV), which was released in February.

According to a press release, Gose will be packaged in 750ml bottles and is scheduled to begin shipping to retailers in Grand Teton’s distribution network on May 15.
