According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Goose Island Beer Co. will be releasing Chateau Noir, a 12 percent ABV imperial stout aged in cabernet wine barrels for up to 14 months. The new beer is being brewed and bottled at Goose Island’s brewery in Chicago.
