A brand new creation from Goose Island Beer Co. asks a lot of questions but gives very few answers.
According to a labels filed with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the Chicago-based brewery is working on releasing Myster8, an ale conditioned on coconut and aged in barrels. The new beer will then be packaged in 500ml bottles before being released.
In addition, the label indicates that the beer “Develops in the bottle for up to two years.”
An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
