“We’ve brewed several variations of this hybrid style and have loved them all,” reads the back beer label. “So our brewers went back to our 10-barrel pilot system and turned up the volume for this Imperial White IPA. Hazier with a higher IBU count and more complex hop addition, this Imperial White IPA remains refreshing and approachable.”

Harpoon already produces a seasonal white IPA brewed with orange peel and coriander named The Long Thaw White IPA, but it is packaged in 12-ounce bottles and cans, and only comes in at 6.2 percent ABV.

According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new release will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles. An email sent to the brewery for additional details was was immediately returned.
