There is a new addition to Full Sail Brewing’s Pub Series, and it is full O’ flavor.
The Hood River, Ore.-based brewery has released O’Fest, a 5.7 percent ABV Oktoberfest lager that is brewed with 2-row pale, Vienna, cramel and roasted Munich malts as well as Czech saaz and Yakima sterling hops.
“This four-time, gold-medal winner is a smooth, malty lager brewed in the true Bavarian style,” said Jamie Emmerson, Full Sail’s executive brewmaster, in a press release. “It is complex and beautifully balanced, with flavors reminiscent of honey, nougat and roasted nuts.”
O’Fest joins three other beers in Full Sail’s Pub Series, which is a “rotating line of classic beers”—Double Bock (7 percent ABV), Extra Special Bitter (6.5 percent ABV) and Wassail Winter Ale (7.2 percent ABV).
According to the press release, O’Fest is available now across Full Sail’s entire distribution network packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles.
