After holding KBS Week from earlier this month, Founders Brewing Co.’s signature imperial stout is on its way to retailers around the county.

Starting tomorrow, Kentucky Breakfast Stout (12.4 percent ABV) will be available in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles ($20) as well as on-draft in all of the states the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based brewery has distribution. The beer was released in bottles at the brewery on March 8.

First released in 2004, the popular imperial stout is brewed with “a massive amount” of both coffee and chocolate before being aged in bourbon barrels for an entire year in caves.
