There will be a brand new Barrel-Aged Series release from Founders Brewing Co. in June.

Barrel Runner is a imperial IPA brewed with Mosaic hops before being aged in rum barrels.

The new beer will be the fourth release in the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based brewery’s Barrel-Aged Series, which will consist of a total of six beers:

  • Kentucky Breakfast Stout — March
  • Backwoods Bastard — April
  • Dankwood — May
  • Barrel Runner — June
  • Unannounced  Beer — September
  • Unannounced  Beer — November

According to a post on Founder’s website, Barrel Runner will be packaged in both four-packs of 12-ounce bottles ($14.99) as well as 750ml bottles ($11.99) and is scheduled to ship to retailers across the brewery’s 45-state distribution network from June-August.
