Forager Brewery is releasing a beer inspired by a popular breakfast tomorrow.

Freedom Toast is a 14 percent ABV “American double stout” that has been aged for 17 months in “small format maple syrup bourbon barrels, honey bourbon barrels and rye whisky barrels” according to a post on the brewery’s website. In addition, the stout was conditioned on Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans, cassia bark, ceylon and Krointje cinnamon along with Wisconsin maple syrup.

According to Forager Brewery, French Toast will be released on Dec. 14 with 400 bottles available priced at $50 each and a purchase limit of one bottle per person.
