Fans of Foothills Brewing’s Bourbon Barrel-Aged Sexual Chocolate will get to enjoy it three months earlier than normal.

According to a post on the Winston-Salem, N.C.-based brewery’s Instagram page, the 9.75 percent ABV barrel-aged “cocoa infused Imperial stout” will be sold at an event on May 21, almost three months before it was released last year. The original incarnation of Sexual Chocolate (9.75 percent ABV) was first released in 2007 and was the brainchild of Jamie Bartholomaus, who named it after a fictitious band in an Eddie Murphy movie.

While other release details have yet to be announced, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Sexual Chocolate has historically been packaged in 22-ounce bottles and have been priced in the $20 per bottle range. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
