Next year, you will be able to buy one of Foothills Brewing Co.’s most popular IPAs in smaller bottles.
According to a press release, the Winston-Salem, N.C.-based brewery will be releasing Jade IPA (7.4 percent ABV) in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles. The IPA is brewed with Pacific jade hops from New Zealand before being dry-hopped with both chinook and citra hops and was released for the first time as a draft-only option in 2011 before being introduced in 22-ounce bottles early last year.
“We really do listen to our fans and consumers,” said Jamie Bartholomaus, Foothills brewmaster, in a press release. “This is something we’ve been asked about for awhile, both in person and online; now that we’ve sufficiently built up our infrastructure to meet demand, we felt it was time to make this happen.”
Jade IPA’s new packaging option is scheduled to hit stores by “early 2016.”
