The final addition to Flying Dog Brewery’s Single Hop Series for 2016 is getting closer to being released.

Single Hop Azacca will be an 8 percent ABV imperial IPA that has been brewed exclusively with Azacca hops. The new IPA will be the final release in the Frederick, Md.-based brewery’s 2016 Single Hop Imperial IPA Series, which the brewery says is “a way for our genius brewers to highlight the minute characteristics of individual hop varieties.” The series started back in 2011.
