A former draft-exclusive IPA brewed by Firestone Walker Brewing Co. for a popular pizza restaurant is heading to bottles next year, but will only be available in a specific sampler.

The Buellton, Calif.-based brewery will be releasing Santa Lucia IPA, a 7 percent ABV IPA brewed with Azacca, blanc, Cascade, cashmere, Centennial and Magnum hops. The IPA debuted in February as a draft-only exclusive release in Old Chicago Pizza  & Taproom’s Explorer Series.

In an email, Jemma Wilson, media manager for Firestone Walker, told Tenemu that Santa Lucia IPA will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles that will be available year-round exclusively as part of the brewery’s 2019 Lion’s Share Mixed Pack and is currently scheduled to ship to retailers across Firestone Walker’s distribution network “ideally in January or February.”
