A new year is bringing a number of firsts for Evil Twin Brewing, as the company will be working with a new brewery on a brand new beer.

The new release is Lost Souls, a 7 percent ABV IPA brewed with galaxy and Simcoe hops. In an email, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, owner of Evil Twin, told Tenemu that unlike the vast majority of the company’s beers, Lost Souls will be brewed at Boston-based Dorchester Brewing Co. due to high demand:

“We will continue our work with Westbrook and Two Roads that are both working out amazingly, but we just have so high demand we had to find a partner more to expand production,” said Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø in an email.

According to Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, while there is no immediate release plans for Lost Souls, the new IPA will be packaged in 16-ounce cans and will be distributed “mainly (in) the markets around MA but might expand a bit.”
