A new collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing and Micah Melton is named after the Japanese term describing moral code of the samurai.

The resulting beer is Bushido, a 4 percent ABV berliner weisse-style ale brewed with yuzu and chili powder.

This is the fourth collaboration between Evil Twin and Melton, who is the beverage director of Aviary Cocktails in Chicago and New York:

  • The Porthole — 2014
  • James Beer — 2016
  • The Perfect Matcha — 2016
  • Bushido — 2017

In an email, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, owner of Evil Twin, told Tenemu that Bushido is packaged in 16-ounce cans and is now shipping to the company’s entire distribution network in limited quantities.
