Ecliptic Brewing and Worthy Brewing Co. have brewed a beer together to celebrated their mutual love of astronomy.

The new collaboration from the two Oregon-based breweries is named Hopservatory Tropical Imperial IPA, an 8 percent ABV imperial IPA brewed with mango and pineapple as well as Azacca, calypso, Mandarina Bavaria, Meridian, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.

“Ecliptic IS the space brewery so when heard that Worthy was building an observatory on their roof we knew a special brew was in order,” states a press release.

According to Ecliptic Brewing, Hopservatory Tropical Imperial IPA will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles and will be released on June 17 at an event at Portland-based Beer bottle shop.
