DuClaw Brewing Co. has shipped just the thing for the hot summer temperatures.
The new beer is Sour Me This, a 5.7 percent ABV ale that is kettle-soured before being dry-hopped with Motueka hops. According to Laura Day, vp of sales at DuClaw, the ale is brewed in the same fashion as a gose, but features a higher ABV than what is typically found in that style of beer.
Sour Me This is packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and has started shipping to retailers in DuClaw’s entire distribution network.
