DuClaw Brewing Co. and Oliver Brewing Co. are collaborating to bring you the goods.

Delivering The Goods is a 6. 2 percent ABV English special bitter that is brewed with challenger, first gold and kent golding hops as well as English pale, crystal 60 and chocolate malts and terrified wheat. The collaboration was brewed at Baltimore, Md.-based DuClaw on Sept. 2 and is going to be available during Baltimore Beer Week, which takes place from Oct. 9-18.

“English hop flavor, aroma, and bitterness are forward but remain well balanced by residual malt sweetness, notes of caramel, mild fruit esters, and a moderate ABV,” reads the marketing materials for the beer. “Overall a bitter yet refreshing, thirst quenching, and moderately strong yet easy drinking English-style ale. Its near perfect balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness is accentuated by notes of caramel and mild fruity esters contributed by British Ale yeast that linger through to its refreshing finish.”

According to According to Laura Day, vp of sales at DuClaw, Delivering The Goods will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles and will be available exclusively in the state of Maryland starting “in a couple of weeks.”
