Fans of one of Brouwerij Drie Fonteinen’s most well-known recent creations will soon be able to buy it in smaller bottles.

Hommage is a 5.6 percent ABV blend of lambic beers that is brewed with 60 percent barley malt, 40 percent unmalted wheat, hops, whole fresh sour cherries and raspberries. The beer debuted in 2007 and was produced to commemorate Drie Fonteinen founder Gaston Debelder who passed away in 2005 at the age of 88 and the newest incarnation was bottled on Sept. 9, 2018.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Shelton Brothers will be importing 375ml bottles of the newest release of Hommage, which are half the size of the 750ml bottles the beer has historically been packaged and sold in.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
