A new release from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is brewed to be “truthfully hoppy without being deceptively bitter.”

The beer is Liquid Truth Serum IPA, 6.8 percent ABV IPA that is produced by adding pelletized, powdered and whole leaf hops after the boil is complete.

In 2016, the Milton, Del.-based brewery released an IPA under the same name as a draft-only brewery exclusive option that was brewed with Calypso, Simcoe and warrior hops before being dry-hopped with Azacca, Citra and mosaic hops.

According to a spokesperson for the brewery, Liquid Truth Serum IPA will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles and is scheduled to be available across Dogfish Head’s entire distribution network from November through February.
