Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is celebrating Labor Day by releasing three beers at its Milton, Del.-based facility: 120 Minute IPA, Bourbon Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA and Grisette About It!

The first beer will be the newest release of 120 Minute IPA, a bi-annual release known mostly for its high alcohol content, usually in the 15-20 percent ABV range. The IPA will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles and was first released in 2003.

In addition, for the first time, Dogfish Head will be releasing bottles of Bourbon Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA. First sold on draft in 2014, the 17 percent ABV IPA has been aged in bourbon barrels for seven months before being dry-hopped with a “copious amount of high-alpha American hops” according to a post on Dogfish Head’s website.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($30) with a two bottle per person purchase limit, while the non-barrel-aged version will begin shipping throughout Dogfish Head’s 42-state distribution network that same day.

Dogfish Head will continue the party on Sept. 1 with the release of Grisette About It!a 3.5 percent ABV grisette-style ale brewed with heirloom oats and raw organic einkorn before being hopped with Czech Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops. The ale was then fermented with two strains of Belgian yeast before being aged in French oak chardonnay wine barrels for two months.

Only 200 750ml bottles of Grisette About It! will be available priced at $18 each with a limit of two per person.
