Dogfish Head Craft Brewery will be releasing another it its Wooden…it be nice series: First & Farmhouse.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), First and Farmhouse is a 9.3 percent ABV wild ale brewed with brettanomyces and lambicus before being aged for 18 months in Chardonnay wine barrels.

Dogfish Head has either filed labels  or released three other beers in the Wooden…It Be Nice series:

  • Knotty Bits – 8.5 percent ABV wild ale brewed with brettanomyces and aged on sweet and sour cherries and rhubarb
  • Wet Hop American Summer – 7.75 percent ABV farmhouse ale, aged in chardonnay barrels with brettanomyces for over a year, and fresh- hopped with citra hops
  • Eastern Seaboard – 8 percent ABV wild ale brewed with blackberries and beach plums and aged for a year and a half in wine barrels.

According to the label First and Farmhouse will be packaged in 750mL bottles.
