A popular beer from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery that has not been seen in three years is returning this fall.

As the name indicates, 75 Minute IPA is a 7.5 percent ABV IPA that is an “animated blend” of the Milton, Del.-based brewery’s 60 Minute and 90 Minute IPAs with hops added continuously for 75 minutes. The IPA is then dry-hopped with whole-leaf Cascade hops before being dosed with maple syrup post-fermentation and just before being bottled so that it can naturally carbonate.

While 75 Minute IPA debuted in 2011 packaged in 750ml bottles, it was last released in 2015.

According to Dogfish Head’s 2018 release calendar, 75 Minute IPA will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles that are scheduled to be released in November.
