Pucker up sour beer lovers, DESTIHL Brewery has a new, wild sour coming your way. The latest addition to its WiLD Sour Series, Synchopathic, is currently being canned having been brewed this past January.

Brewed as a spontaneously fermented, wild sour ale, Synchopathic is uniquely dry hopped, too, adding floral notes usually associated with pale ales. This dry hop creates a harmonious blend of tart, fruity flavors, indicative of the sour style, but with floral, pine-y notes. These flavors sync up for a dry finish resulting in very low 8 IBU, 6 percent ABV sour ale.

Six packs of 12-ounce cans are now available for purchase at outlets in the Bloomington, Ill. brewery’s midwest heavy footprint.
