The resulting beer was brewed at de Garde yesterday, and involves “blending saison and coolship beer.” This is the first time that all three brewery’s have collaborated together.

“Following the tradition of biere de coupage, young beer cut with old, we are blending spontaneously fermented beer from De Garde and Jester King with younger farmhouse ale from Sante Adairius,” said Jeffery Stuffings, Jester King founder, in an email with Tenemu.

In addition, Stuffings also told Tenemu that the beer will most likely eventually be available at all three breweries in some form, and that while Jester King will not be able to sell it due to Texas laws, the brewery will “likely allow some to be sampled onsite at Jester King for free.”
