Add another can to Crux Fermentation Project’s lineup.
The beer to be canned is Gimme Mo, a 6.2 percent ABV “next generation” IPA that is brewed with pilsner malt as well as Citra and Mosaic hops. The IPA was first released by the Bend, Ore.-based brewery earlier this month as a draft-only option.
“That’s right, this is not just another IPA,” reads the beer label. “Consider it a next generation IPA. A slightly sweet, lower ABV, IPA providing welcome relief from the onslaught of bitter hop-bombs out there.”
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Gimme Mo will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for additional release information was not immediately returned.
