Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project is releasing a new version of its Nightmare on Brett next week, with a Valentine’s twist.

The Denver, Colo.-based brewery will be releasing Nightmare on Brett Raspberry, a 9.666 percent ABV dark sour ale that was aged in multiple types of barrels and conditioned on raspberries for approximately two months. The new incarnation joins a large number of variants of the base beer that have been released, including Nightmare on Brett aged in Leopold Brothers whiskey barrels (9.666 percent ABV), Nightmare on Brett aged in brandy barrels (9.666 percent ABV) and Nightmare on Brett Grand Cru (9.666 percent ABV).

According to Zack Shollenberger, spokesman for Crooked Stave, Nightmare on Brett Raspberry will be packaged in 375ml bottles ($14) and will have no purchase limit when they are released at the brewery on Feb. 17.
