Creature Comforts Brewing Co. will be releasing its second seasonal beer in cans today.

The beer in question is Cosmik Debris, an 8 percent ABV double IPA brewed with cascade, Eureka, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. The IPA was first released in in 2015 as a draft-only option.

“Cosmik Debris is a modern take on a double IPA that features more than 5 and a half pounds of hops per barrel,” said Adam Beauchamp, co-founder and brewmaster at Creature Comforts, in post on the brewery’s website. “The beer is released in March because the freshest and most choice hops are made available to brewers typically around February.”

The Athens, Ga.-based brewery released Athena Paradiso Berliner weisse (4.5 percent ABV) in cans last month.

According a post on the brewery’s Instagram page, Cosmik Debris will be packaged in four-packs of 12-ounce cans, and will be released at various events around the city of Athens, Ga today.
