Coronado Brewing Co. has added the state of Colorado to its distribution network.

The brewery, which is based in Coronado, Calif., will offer its core lineup of beers both on draft and in bottles to the population of the Centennial State, including Islander IPA, Orange Ave Wit and Idiot IPA. In addition, there will be occasional shipments of seasonal Crown Series. Stupid Stout imperial stout has been announced as the first release from the seasonal release. Coronado’s beers will be distributed by Beverage Distributors, which started selling in Colorado on Oct. 6. The brewery was founded in 1996 by brothers Ron and Rick Chapman, and can now be found in 17 states across the U.S.

“We couldn’t be happier about our partnership with Coronado Brewing Company,” said Jeremy Tostrup, vice-president of beer and spirits for Beverage Distributors/Summit Division, in a press release. “The addition of Coronado rounds out our great portfolio of craft beers. And beers coming from California are well received in Colorado. It’s a perfect combination and we are excited to have Coronado in our portfolio.”
