San Diego-based Coronado Brewing Company today announced a brand-new beer to its 2021 lineup, kicking off the new year with a twist one on one of its popular beers.

Orange Avenue Shandy is a West-Coast style wheat ale brewed with oranges and honey. Clocking in at 4.2 percent ABV and 15 IBU, this beer uses inspirations from Orange Ave Wit, another one of its beers which itself has a higher ABV of 5.2 percent. The beer will be packaged in six-packs of 16-ounce cans and will becoming available as soon as this upcoming Friday at all three taproom locations and is shipping out for sale across the brewery’s distribution footprint on Jan. 11.
