For the first time in four years, Coronado Brewing Co. is introducing a new year-round beer.

The new beer is Stingray IPA, a 7.9 percent ABV imperial IPA brewed with citra, mosaic, Simcoe and southern cross hops as well as 2-row, wheat and Abbey malts.

“It’s got a great hop profile that’s easy-to-drink yet full of flavor,” said Brandon Richards, vp of sales and marketing at Coronado, in a press release. “The brewers really came up with an amazing IPA that is garnering phenomenal feedback. And the beer really does sell itself; people take one sip and they are hooked.”

According to a press release, Stingray IPA will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles and six-packs of 12-ounce bottles when it goes on sale on tomorrow at the brewery. In addition, the beer will be sent to retailers in 18 states as well as Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain and Sweden.
