Clown Shoes Beer has released a number of beers to commemorate specific places or people, and its newest beer takes it to a whole new level.
The 7 percent ABV IPA, named Josh the Revelator, is brewed with organic clementine extract and is dry hopped with both El Dorado and Bavarian Mandarina hops. According to the Ipswich, Ma.-based brewery’s Facebook page, the new release was brewed to honor Josh Baggett, a “man who has sold more Clown Shoes beer over time than any other rep in the country.”
“We feel this label, which depicts Josh Baggett shredding a bridge building guitar in space as he pedals a pink training-wheeled bicycle while baby unicorns are born in his wake, fairly represents Josh’s rigorous path promoting craft beer to Tx,” reads the beer label. “Josh we love you man!”
According to the brewery, Josh The Revelator will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles, and will be available as a Texas state exclusive release starting in August.
