Clown Shoes Beer is working on releasing a brand new IPA that is being brewed with “a few tons of nostalgia.”

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), that beer is PushCart IPA, a 6.5 percent ABV “easy drinking” IPA brewed with “copious amounts” of both Amarillo and Citra hops. The new release will be packaged in 16-ounce cans.

This is not the first time that Clown Shoes has released an IPA using only Amarillo and Citra hops, after it released the 6.74 percent ABV Minnesota Mean New England-style IPA as a Minnesota-state exclusive in July 2019.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
