Two new collaborations as well as two other releases will be available for sale this weekend at Jupiter, Fla.-based Civil Society Brewing Co..
The first is Snacktime, a 6.5 percent ABV chocolate IPA brewed with Amarillo, Columbus and Mosaic Hops. The IPA is a collaboration with Finback Brewery of Queens, NY and will be packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans priced at $18.
Next up is Can’t Touch This, a collaboration with Southern Grist Brewing Co. of Nashville, Tenn. Coming in at 7.2 percent ABV, this IPA is brewed with flaked maize and hopped “intensely” with Galaxy, Motueka and Vic Secret hops as well as Simcoe lupulin powder that will also packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans priced at $18.
The third beer is Barrel-Aged King Gary Goes Bananas, a 10 percent ABV imperial milk stout packaged in 750ml bottles ($25.)
Last but not least, there is Bella’s Revenge, a 9 percent ABV imperial stout blended with barrel-aged maple syrup from Single Barrel Cellar of the New England area before being conditioned on coffee from Mostra Coffee of San Diego, Calif. Bella’s Revenge is also packaged in 750ml bottles that will be priced at $25 each.
According to various posts on Civil Society’s Facebook page, Bella’s Revenge and Barrel-Aged King Gary Goes Bananas will have a limit of one bottle per person while Snacktime and Can’t Touch This will have a one case limit per person when all four releases go on sale tomorrow.
