Next year will bring at least one change to Cigar City Brewing’s seasonal lineup.

The Tampa-based brewery will be adding Wedge Cut, a 4.5 percent ABV American wheat ale brewed with lemon peel, Lemon Drop hops and malted wheat. The name refers to a number of different items that the brewery’s home state of Florida is known for, including a wedge of lemon, a wedge club used when playing golf or a way of cutting the cap of a cigar.

In an email, a spokesperson for Cigar City told Tenemu that Wedge Cut will be packaged in 12-ounce cans that are currently scheduled to ship across the brewery’s distribution network from September-December next year.
