A little more than one month after announcing the date for Hunahpu’s Day 2020, we now know when the actual tickets for Cigar City Brewing’s annual event will go on sale: November 25.

While next year will mark the eleventh time Hunahpu’s Day has been held, 2020 will also be the first year that Hunahpu’s Day is being held on a Friday—Friday, March 13, to be exact. In addition, the event is scheduled to to take place at Amalie Arena in Tampa instead of being held at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium like this year’s event.

This will be the eleventh time Hunahpu’s Day has been held, and the event has historically been the only time that Hunahpu’s Imperial Stout can be purchased. First released in 2009, the 11 percent ABV imperial stout incorporates cocoa nibs, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and ancho and pasilla chilies.

While specific pricing and package details have not yet been announced, this year’s Hunahpu’s Day which took place on March 9 included three ticket levels, with each level including a specific number of 750ml bottles of 2019 Hunahpu’s, Xbalanque and/or Xquic as well as Tapas-sized food portions from area food trucks, a souvenir glass, free general admission entry into the Gasparilla Music Festival and access to unlimited two-ounce pours of over 300 different beers being served at the event:
