Casey Brewing and Blending has released four new beers, including two additions to its popular Cut Series.
Yesterday, the brewery released four bottled beers:
- Apricot Cut (5 percent ABV), a wild ale brewed with apricots. Limited to two bottles per person, $30.
- Peach Cut (5 percent ABV), a wild ale brewed with Suncrest peaches and aged in “some of the funkiest base barrels we’ve used.” Limited to two bottles per person, $30.
- Plum Fruit Stand – Elephant Heart (5.5 percent ABV), a farmhouse ale brewed with elephant heart plums. Limited to one bottle per person, $20.
- Low End – Wet Hopped (4.5 percent ABV), another incarnation of the brewery’s Low End brewed with a “huge amount of Colorado Cascade wet hops.” Limited to three bottles per person, $16.
All of the new beers were packaged in 750ml bottles and were released at an event that took place at the Glenwood Springs, Colo.-based brewery yesterday.
