According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Bruery Terreux is working on The Orchard Project Plumcots, an 8.7 percent ABV sour wit brewed with spices before being aged in oak barrels with plumcots and raspberries.

Sometime referred to as plouts, plumcots are a hybrid fruit combining plums and apricots.

The Orchard Project Plumcots will be packaged in 375ml bottles. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
