Early next year, The Bruery is teaming up with a top chef for a new release.

Girl Grey is an 8.5 percent ABV Belgian-style ale brewed with lactose, almonds and earl grey tea. The new beer is being produced in collaboration with Brooke Williamson, a former contestant on Bravo’s television show Top Chef and the executive chef and owner of California restaurants Hudson House, The Tripel, Playa Provisions and Da Kikokiko.

In an email,  Jonas Nemura, senior director of operations at The Bruery, told Tenemu that Girl Grey will be packaged in 750ml bottles that are scheduled to be released across the brewery’s distribution network in February 2018. In addition, the beer will be available to The Bruery’s Society members as well as at its retail locations.
