One of The Bruery’s most famous stouts is getting another variant before the end of next month.

On Tuesdays, We Brunch is a 17.2 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for approximately one year and conditioned on almonds, cinnamon, freshly roasted coffee and maple syrup. As the name indicates, the base beer is the Placentia, Calif.-based brewery’s Black Tuesday, an imperial stout that has seen a number of variants since it was first released in 2009 including including Grey Monday, Mocha Wednesday, Chocolate Rain and Rum Barrel Black Tuesday.

According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), On Tuesdays, We Brunch will be packaged in 750ml bottles.

In an email, Joel Kennedy, marketing manager at The Bruery, told Tenemu that that the imperial stout will be an exclusive release for its Hoarders Society and Reserve Society membership programs.
