You will never see a new release from Brooklyn Brewery coming.
The beer is Black Ops, an 11.5 percent ABV imperial stout that has been aged for six months in bourbon barrels before being bottled still and re-fermented with Champagne yeast. The stout was was first released in bottles by the Brooklyn, N.y.-based brewery in 2008 and has been an annual release ever since.
According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the newest incarnation of Black Ops will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to the brewery for addition information was not immediately returned.
