Coffee and vanilla are a classic combination, and Brickway Brewery & Distillery agrees.

According to a post on the Omaha, Nebraska-based brewery’s Facebook page, it will be canning Coffee Vanilla Stout, a 5.2 percent ABV oatmeal stout brewed with cold press coffee roasted by The Grey Plume, which is also located in Omaha. The beer was first released as a draft-only option in the brewery’s taproom in June.

“Light on the palate for a dark beer, this brew has been so popular at our Tasting Room, we had no choice but to put it in a can,” reads the beer label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). “Be forewarned that once you crack it open, this can has a habit of becoming empty before you know it. Our rarely heeded advice: try to take it slow.”

Coffee Vanilla Stout will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for additional details was not immediately returned.
