According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Brewery Ommegang is working on releasing a new beer, Chardonnale, an 8.7 percent ABV golden ale that was fermented with Chardonnay grape juice that was then aged on oak chips.

Part of their 2020 Limited Series lineup, this beer will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles. Also in the Limited Series is a barrel-aged smoked porter.

An email sent to the brewery regarding pricing and distribution was not immediately returned.
