With the new year now officially here, Boulevard Brewing Co. is ready to announce a new addition to its core seasonal line-up.
The Kansas City, Mo.-based brewery will be releasing Spring Belle, a 6.2 percent ABV saison that is made with dried chamomile, rose petals and elderflowers that are seeped into the whirlpool during the brewing process. The first mention of the new beer was back in December 2014, when Boulevard released its 2015 Release Calendar.
Spring Belle will join eight other seasonal releases from Boulevard: Irish Ale (February – March), ZŌN Belgian-Style Witbier (April – August), Ginger-Lemon Radler (April – August), Hibiscus Gose (May – June), Bob’s ’47 Oktoberfest (September – October), Funky Pumpkin (September – October), Nutcracker Ale (November – December) and Snow and Tell (November – December.)
According to both the brewery and TTB filings, the new saison will be available from March through April, and will be packaged in six-packs containing 12-ounce bottles.
