After a three year hiatus, Boulevard Brewing Co.’s Chocolate Ale is once again heading to stores.

Chocolate Ale 2019 is an 8.7 percent ABV ale, brewed with topaz hops, 4 pounds per barrel of crushed cacao nibs and all-natural chocolate and vanilla extracts. The beer is made in collaboration with Christopher Elbow of Elbow Chocolates of Kansas City.

According to the Boulevard Facebook page, Chocolate Ale 2019 will be available in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles in Kansas City, and more regions in the following weeks.
